As a Marine Corps veteran, I bring a disciplined and structured approach. But I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every organization is unique, and so is the way I approach their challenges. Borrowing from frameworks like Design Thinking, Six Sigma, and Scrum, I tailor strategies to fit the team, culture, and business goals, ensuring the work we do today drives meaningful impact next year and beyond.
