Flexibility

Sometimes the right way isn't always the best way. What do I mean by this? I mean that the textbook process sometimes just won't fit with your company's existing processes and your teams' ways of working. As a certified PMP Project Manager, I know the textbook processes. As an experienced practitioner, I also know where those processes can be overly burdensome or unnecessary. My approach uses proprietary templates built over years of managing projects, which are intentionally flexible so we can make them work for you.
